- Reservations can be canceled up to 72 hours before the service time.
- No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service time.
- Cancellations made within this scope will be refunded to you through the payment method you used.
- For reservations where the change date has passed, you can only make changes through our call center.
- By purchasing this service, you are deemed to have accepted the specified cancellation and change terms for the vehicle you have selected.
